A novella about growing up and what it is to become an adult, covering four decades, during the summer holidays.
Set in a small community in one of the beautiful bays in the south-east coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Four children meet each year until adulthood, and in that time, forge an unbreakable friendship. From the day they met, Jeremy & Elena knew they were meant to be together. Every summer at the bay for their holidays, brought them closer. With faith and love, they and their friends, Margaret and Roland, overcome tests in their lives as they move from children to teenagers to adults. That is, until tragedy strikes.
